The 2007 Noble One marks the 25th vintage of this benchmark sweet white wine that has received international acclaim and become one of the world’s most sought after wines since its first vintage in 1982.Bright, light golden, this wine has an extremely complex nose offering enticing aromas of nectarine, bush honey and peach with citrus hints and sweet vanillin oak. Its palate is richly opulent with dried stone fruit, citrus and honey flavours backed by complex oak. The luscious, concentrated fruit flavours are balanced by complex oak and tangy acidity.
