A brilliant example of this lesser-seen variety. Pinot Blanc is a genetic mutation of Pinot Noir, and produces richly flavoured wines, like this stunner from De Bortoli.
Mid lemon with a green hue. Clean, lifted honeysuckle and lemon barley. Soft and round entry with hints of ripe pineapple and subtle tropical elements, talc-like texture and crunchy length and persistence. A lovely alternate white variety.
