Dèbutante Pinot Gris 2015

John was winemaker at Rymill Coonawarra for 20 years before establishing Fodder Restaurant with his wife Melissa, along with their own range of wines. It also doubles as their cellar door.
 
In the glass: Bright, pale lemon.
On the nose: Floral lift over ripe stonefruit with a touch of musk.
On the palate: Deliciously soft and fruity, yet savoury with real textural impact and perfectly balanced sweetness and acidity. A real Gris!
