This Sauvignon Blanc is named after the Five Ashes Vineyard, which is what attracted winemaker Julian Scott to Hamelin Bay. He fell in love with its unique terroir in the cooler Karridale sub-region of Margaret River.
A youthful, pale straw in the glass, this Sauvignon Blanc presents very appealing lemon zest, dried herb and subtle tropical aromas. Ripe and juicy, it has mid-palate sweetness with layers of citrus and tropical fruits. Generous and persistent.
