Hamelin Bay Five Ashes Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2018

This wine was sourced from the Five Ashes vineyard at Karridale, in the cooler southern end of the region, which is ideal for producing the more citrussy styles of Sauv Blanc with frisky acidity and great flavour persistence.
 
In the glass: Bright straw green.
On the nose: Expressive aromas of gooseberry, lemon, guava and jasmine.
On the palate: Bold and bright with loads of tropical fruit salad, juicy melon and lemon zest, creamy texture and satiny mouth-feel.
