Howard Park Chardonnay 2015

In the winery: Fermented naturally in French oak then matured on lees for 11 months with a portion undergoing malolactic fermentation.
In the glass: Deep yellow straw.
On the nose: Developing citrus, stonefruit, sea spray and cashew-like oak.
On the palate: Stylish with crisp grapefruit and white peach entry and a creamy texture balanced by crisp minerality. Quite fruit driven with lovely drive and persistence.
