With wines this good, it's easy to see why the Adelaide Hills has such a good reputation for its Sauvignon Blanc. A textbook example of the style.
Very pale with green tints in the glass. Citrus blossom, grapefruit and passionfruit aromas. Classically varietal, ripe and plush with a grassy mix of citrus, tropical fruit, upbeat acidity and savoury textural elements on the fruit-sweet finish.
