Attractive pale straw green in the glass, it has a nose of dried herb and wet rock over green apple and citrus. Complex and crisp, it has zingy palate entry, refreshing granny smith and lemon flavours, a lovely chalky minerality and good length of flavour. A traditional Clare style with excellent balance of acidity, residual sugar and fantastic lime-like drive.
