Katnook Millicent Road Sauvignon Blanc 2013

Katnook Estate’s chief winemaker Wayne Stehbens celebrated his 35th vintage at Katnook in 2013. His decades of experience certainly show in this delicious 2013 Sauvignon Blanc.
 
Slightly earthy, light tropical aromas with a note of honey lead to a savoury palate showing grapefruit and passionfruit, a leesy texture and soft acidity. Partial ferment in older French oak and the inclusion of indigenous yeasts has added to the supple texture and lingering minerality.
