Kilikanoon Killerman's Run Riesling 2012

The inaugural Killerman’s Run Riesling is named after ‘Old Mr Killerman’ who lived in the bush behind the Kilikanoon cellar door, “trapping rabbits, growing fruit and vegetables and as legend has it, making his own wines in a galvanised iron leanto.”
 
A fine expression of Clare Valley Riesling, this white exudes bright lemon and lime fruit lift on the nose. The vibrant palate has a ripe core of citrussy fruit with terrific racy acidity. Juicy and supple with mouth-watering persistence and lovely mouthfeel – a keeper.
