In the glass: Bright mid yellow.
On the nose: White peach, melon, vanillin oak.
On the palate: Fine, dry and intense with subtle yet deep stonefruit flavours, nicely integrated oak and mealy, leesy complexity. Finishes with a sea spray and oyster shell-like minerality.
