Very pale lemon in appearance this delicate and unoaked Chardonnay is a modern interpretation of the variety. With fresh grapefruit and subtle stonefruit aromas, it’s very crisp, delicate and lively with a lovely minerality and grapefruit-like acidity. The palate is softly textured and quite Chablis in style with great length of flavour and balance.
