Pale straw. Cashew, struck match, nougat, oyster shell and nashi pear. Rich yet refined, with an explosion of wet rock, lemon curd, sourdough and flint, complex umami notes, mouth-watering acidity and fabulous quality charry oak. Beautifully made.
