This Chardonnay comes from Yabby Lake’s Red Claw range and was bottled after spending ten months on yeast lees.
A hint of vanillin oak on the nose of this Mornington Peninsula beauty, gives way to stonefruit, citrus and a touch of praline. Bright grapefruit and white peach mingle with vanillin oak, grilled cashew and chalk, and citrussy acidity.
