A good example of the richer Gris style using fruit from Victoria's King Valley, making for an excellent food style.
Very pale straw. Lemon blossom, pear, apple and pistachio. A bold and full-flavoured expression with soft white fruit energy and citrussy acidity, silken texture and a bright, fresh finish. Very flavoursome and textural.
