Cool climate Chardonnay is taking Australia by storm thanks to its zesty, elegant characters. This Yarra Valley gem was made with the help of Tasting Panellist Trent Mannell from a select parcel of Chardonnay fruit reserved for Wine Selectors.
Lemon straw in the glass, it features lifted peach and light cedary oak aromas. Salty, vibrant and savoury, the palate is soft and supple with juicy peach and citrus flavours. Layered with mouth-watering acidity, it has lovely balance and funky notes of wild yeast ferment.
