2020 was a challenging vintage in the Adelaide Hills, but from what we can see so far, 2021 more than makes up for it, and this wine is a cracking example of the result.
Very pale straw. Subtle aromas of passionfruit, guava, grapefruit and lemon oil. Very tropical and rich with pineapple and papaya, with hints of dried herb and lemon zest, plump, mouth-watering acidity and a generous fruit-sweet finish.
