This is the highest tier of Chardonnay from Saint and Scholar, and it manages to have masses of flavour yet impressive balance due to quality oak and tightly-wound acidity.
Pale lemon with green freshness. Grapefruit, green apple, white peach and ginger snap aromas. Pure and restrained with a tightly-wound mix of citrus, nashi and fig, touches of nougat and marzipan, and well-judged cedar oak.
