See Saw Pinot Gris 2017

See Saw’s owner Justin Jarrett is one of the most respected and progressive vignerons in the Orange region. The fruit for this wine is off two blocks grown at 730m and 900m elevation.
 
In the glass: Bright, fine straw.
On the nose: Cool climate brightness with tightly wound green melon, pear juice and pink lady apple.
On the palate: A classic refined, satiny style showing perfectly weighted fruit, mouth-feel and length. Finishes with a sensual cashew-like creaminess and texture and oyster shell umami persistence.
