Simon ‘Sorby’ Adams has been making wine in Australia and around the world for over 30 years. His winemaking skills are well-honed thanks to vintages in Alsace, St Emillion, Napa Valley and New Zealand.
In the glass: Very pale straw, green hue.
On the nose: Lime cordial, lime juice and musk with quite a delicate pot pourri and bath powder perfume.
On the palate: Shows classic lemon, lime and kaffir lime notes with a tight frame of acidity and wet stone minerality. Quite zesty with green apple crunch throughout.
