The name Soumah is an acronym for “South of Maroondah Highway” – which is in the foothills of the Yarra Valley – the perfect location for producing premium Chardonnay.
Lemon, green apple, oyster shell, flint and sea salt aromas lead to a racy and juicy palate with lemon and grapefruit power. Mineral, flint and lees add complexity and depth, yet it finishes light to medium weight with funky length.
