Stage Door Wine Co The Green Room Riesling 2015

A new boutique label from an industry veteran. This is a very refined and pure Riesling, but has a juicy citrus fruit core that gives it great drinkability.
 
In the glass: Bold straw with a green hue.
On the nose: Ripe lime, lemonade power with hints of passionfruit, white pepper and talc.
On the palate: Ripe fruit definition with bright and balanced acid harmony. Quite chalky and long, which means it will keep developing over the next few years.
