Not a lot of Sauvignon Blanc is grown in the Barossa, but its inclusion here has produced a soft and multi-layered wine.
In the glass: Fine straw with a green tint.
On the nose: Generous and alluring white melon, fresh asparagus and smokey barrel fumé.
On the palate: Attractive, velvety harmony showing ripe melon with hints of fig providing mouth-filling fruit flavour, creamy mouth-feel and lovely persistence.
