Tyrrell's Futures Selection Semillon 2008

Have you ever tried the singular delight that is aged Hunter Semillon? From Tyrrell’s Wine Futures program in which they expertly cellar select wines before release, this is a beautiful expression of the style with some developed characters on show.
 
Following a nose featuring a mix of ripe citrus, preserved lemon, lanolin and toasty secondary notes is a mouth-filling yet delicate palate with still-youthful acidity balancing an array of primary citrus and developing honey and toast characters. A delicious wine with real energy, length and drive that's drinking beautifully now but will continue to develop in the cellar in true Hunter Semillon style.
