2020 Classic Dry White is crafted from organically grown fruit, from the Vasse Felix vineyards, which are undergoing organic conversion. A worthy Gold medal-winner.
Pale and bright. Lemongrass, dried herbs, lime, gooseberry and cut grass. Rich and full-flavoured, savoury and fresh, with tightly-wound acidity, lashings of grapefruit and passionfruit, excellent structure and lovely minerality on the finish.
