Yaldara Estate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2013

Yaldara Estate is a historic Barossa Valley destination that’s now part of McGuigan Wines. This classic white blend was made by Neil McGuigan, twice winner of International White Winemaker of the Year.
 
In the glass: Pale lemon.
On the nose: Lifted lemon zest, lanolin, straw and tropical aromas.
On the palate: Racy with a mix of citrus and tropical notes. Textural with an almost chalky mouthfeel, soft acidity and a dry finish.
