Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve Champagne NV

From one of the world’s favourite Champagne houses comes an incredibly flavoursome non-vintage Brut.
 
In the glass: Pale gold.
On the nose: Restrained citrus with lifted floral perfume.
On the palate: Quite rich and creamy with sweet stonefruit and melon, fresh herb, apple and brioche, minerally acidity and an elegant finish. Very flavoursome and complex with excellent balance throughout.
