A barrel-fermented blend of 31% Chenin Blanc, 23% Chardonnay, 23% Sauvignon Blanc and 23% Semillon, which has resulted in a complex wine that's drinking well.
Excellent green freshness. Very fine and scented nose of yellow flower, nectarine, citrus and vanilla biscuit. Palate flows on from the nose with elegant complexity and stonefruit core depth, and touches of asparagus and yellow melon.
