Vibrant and youthful. Sourdough, roast nuts, baked apple and lanolin aromas. Rich and toasty, with notes of lime marmalade and barbequed citrus, lovely vibrancy, complex layers of oyster shell and toasted nuts, and a long, pure and precise finish.
