Sourced from the famed Chalmers vineyard in Heathcote. Barrel fermentation is used to impart texture and depth. A generous Fiano with loads of flavour from start to finish.
Bright mid lemon colour. Fresh citrus, stonefruit, sea salt and blanched almond aromas. Medium weight with white peach ripe pear, lime and apricot, hints of nuts, pickled ginger and wet stone. Fresh and juicy with refreshing acidity to balance the fruit.
