1000 Crowns was the price the Credaro's paid for their land after arriving from Italy in 1921. The 2016 expression of this wine is amongst the best in the region.
Deep dark red. Blackcurrant, cassis, bay leaf and toasty vanillin oak. Powerful yet elegant with a deep and perfectly ripe core of black fruit, touches of bay leaf, graphite and black tea, fine and long tannins and a persistent finish.
