Shiraz is the king of reds in Clare, but Cabernet runs a close second, and the classic Aussie blend of the two varieties from Eldredge works a treat. Juicy and moreish.
Deep red purple. Expressive nose of dark fruits, mocha and Christmas cake. Full-bodied and generous, with a deep core of plum, mulberry and dark cherry, fine-grained tannin structure, and notes of espresso, dark chocolate and exotic spices.
