Established in 2022, Forester Estate is a new generation winery that strives to showcase the distinct regional characters of Margaret River fruit.
Pale and bright. Attractive grassy lift over subtle tropical fruit. Quite rich and textural, with layers of citrus, bay leaf and savoury spice, hints of passionfruit and ripe pear, fresh acidity, and a persistent flavour finish.
