Pale with green freshness. Lifted aromas of pear, melon, grapefruit and cedar oak. Quite powerful yet refined, with citrus stonefruit and marzipan, zippy acidity giving freshness, creamy textural elements, lovely barrel spice, and a long, minerally finish.
