From Coonawarra, the Schoolhouse Headmaster Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 was made from both vineyard and barrel selection, with only the highest quality fruit used. It’s medium to full-bodied in a dry and savoury style, with firm tannins under mulberry and plum, tight acidity and structure, and a dry, earthy finish.
