Visionary winemaker Peter Read planted this vineyard in the 1990's with relatively obscure varieties, many of which are now well known, such as this savoury Prosecco.
Very pale and bright with a fine bead. Nashi pear, green apple, jasmine and lemon zest aromas. Light, fresh and crisp with energetic layers of white and green fruit, creamy mousse and mouthfeel, and mouth-watering acidity to balance.
