From the Clare Valley vineyard that can lay claim to some of the best Rieslings of the 60s and 70s comes Jim Barry’s 2012 The Florita Riesling.
Pale straw with a slight green tinge in the glass, it exudes fresh floral and apple aromas with hints of lime. Rich, ripe flavours characterise the mouth-filling palate with its soft texture, good length of flavour, chalky notes and crisp, balanced acidity.
