Medium density red. Gamey hints, mushroom, black tea, thyme and dark cherry. A dry, earthy and savoury expression, quite tightly-wound with varietal notes of alpine strawberry and raspberry, hints of black tea, amaro and bay leaf, and a juicy finish.
