Andrew Margan and his team have crafted a powerful Hunter Cabernet, a variety that isn't immediately associated with the region, but in this case perhaps should be.
Full, deep red. Bright dark cherry, cassis, crushed leaf and violet perfume. Full-bodied, plush and juicy with smokey oak alongside ripe blackcurrant and plum, toasted vanilla, hints of bay leaf and dried herb, and a powerful finish.
