Created by Brian Croser, who believed that the right region in Australia could produce Sparkling wine to rival Champagne. The region he chose was the Adelaide Hills.
Medium straw colour. Spun honey, cherry, stonefruit and brioche aromas. Ripe and full-bodied, with generous red berry, peach, lemon and lime depth, underlying bready complexity, creamy texture, fine mousse and a dry acid finish.
