With roots in Greece and Italy, the Tsironi and Iannuzzi families have winemaking genes going back centuries. This Sparkling is made from Hunter Semillon and Chardonnay.
Vibrant and pale. White peach, green apple, lemon and toast. Bright, crisp, fresh and zesty, with Semillon delivering lemon notes, and hints of oatmeal and stonefruit from the Chardonnay, zesty mousse, and a dry, juicy finish.
