Tasmanian Riesling is known for its pin-point cool climate acidity, which makes it almost allergic to age, and this incredibly youthful wine is a perfect example of its ageability.
Pale with a green hue. Intense yet delicate and pristine white florals and lime juice. Pure and fresh, with subtle lemon pith notes under the juicy core of fruit, mouth-watering cool climate acidity and a precise finish. Lovely now but will cellar.
