Simon and Will Gilbert are making some exciting wines, and this blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer is their take on the 'Gentil' wines of Alsace in France.
Very pale and bright. Fragrant lift of lime, pear, lychee and Sunlight soap. Light, fine and pure with a mouth-watering mix of white and yellow fruit, lively acidity, interesting textural elements, and a very long, flavoursome finish.
