Tahbilk’s Eric Purbrick range is made from the most outstanding fruit of the vintage, befitting this fine tribute to man behind Tahbilk wines from 1931 until 1978. This 2009 Cabernet was described by the Panel as a seriously delicious wine.
Opening with mint and eucalypt varietal lift over inky dark berry fruit on the nose, it has a palate displaying rich, sweet plum and mulberry fruit depth with crushed leaf, coffee and tobacco notes, cedary oak and developing leathery complexity.
