This is a fine and delicate sparkling that is all about texture. Pale salmon in colour. On the nose there is a Strawberry-scented fruit lift. The palate is delicate and pure with vibrant red berry and citrus fruits, some creamy yeast and aldehyde complexity, fresh green apple-like acidity and savoury persistence.
