This label is named after the six feet, six inches tall escaped convict William Buckley, who was given “Buckley’s chance” of survival. But like William, this Pinot Gris is a great success story!
In the glass: Medium straw yellow.
On the nose: Ripe pear and stonefruit with touches of vanilla and ginger spice.
On the palate: Rich, full-bodied and flavoursome with fleshy fruit power and creamy lees complexity balanced by citrussy acidity.
