During a successful medical career, John Tomich established a large vineyard near Woodside in the Adelaide Hills, completed a post graduate Oenology degree, and is now studying for his Master of Wine.
It’s medium straw yellow with a youthful green hue. Rich barrel ferment aromas
with hints of cashew and vanilla feature over sweet citrus and melon fruit. Its luscious core of glossy passionfruit, musk and lanolin, has toasty oak and faint maturation characters. Finishes warm, full bodied and textural.
