In the winery: Fermented in French oak barrels and post ferment it was left ageing in oak for six months before blending and bottling.
In the glass: Bright pale yellow.
On the nose: Sea spray, nectarine, pineapple, nougat and vanilla.
On the palate: Shows strong stonefruit characters complemented by toasty oak with a nutty, leesy complexity and lovely creamy textural notes.
