A powerful wine with Durif showing its full varietal colours, and although massively flavoursome, retains a sense of balance and finesse.
Opaque crimson to black. Inky and brooding aromas of concentrated prune and iodine with strong currant, graphite and tar depth. Deliciously rich, a black fruit potpourri, with dark chocolate, deep tannins and plenty of oak. Rich yet soft.
