This boutique winery has one of Australia’s biggest winemaking names behind it, Neil McGuigan, who was once described by restaurateur and wine merchant, Johnny Walker as “the most brilliant young winemaker of his time.”
Their 2011 Semillon has lifted aromas of lemon, talc, honey and citrus. It has a pristine palate with racy fruit tingle flavours, lifted acid freshness, honey and lemon with minerally acidity.
